We are a boutique store, your satisfaction is very important for us. We want you to be pleased with our merchandise, here is a few things you need to know:about orders refund.

-We don't refund the promotional products,holiday products,customized prodcucts.

-We only exchange or refund if there is a factory defect ; this have to be 7 days after receiving your order.

-You will need pay for the shipping.

-Shipping will never refundable.

-Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

-If you have a defective garment send us an image to the phone provided or email we provided you, do not forget to include your order number for a faster response.
